She is a proven high growth leader with a history of creating strong customer experiences while fueling technology growth and market expansions. Armstrong leads with innovation, diversity and inclusion, and verticalized software.

Christian is the CFO of AffiniPay, overseeing all accounting and finance activities. With over 20 years in the payments industry, he previously served as CFO at multiple companies, including HyperWallet, later acquired by PayPal. He holds a BBA from Stephen F. Austin State University and an MBA from Georgetown University.

Erin Brooks is the Chief People Officer at AffiniPay, overseeing culture, talent acquisition, and all HR functions. With a background in accounting and auditing at PwC, she built AffiniPay’s Accounting and People functions from the ground up. Erin holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a CPA.

Nathan Pace, Chief Operating Officer at AffiniPay, drives growth and productivity within the organization. With over 20 years of experience, he previously served as CFO of MyCase and VP of Finance at Kibo Commerce. He holds a BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas and an MBA from SMU.

Catherine Dawson, Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at AffiniPay, advises on legal compliance, M&A transactions, and corporate strategy. She began her career at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, counseling public and private companies. Catherine holds a BA in Economics from Oberlin College and a JD from NYU School of Law.

Bryan Thompson, CTO at AffiniPay, leads the company's technology efforts with over 25 years of experience in financial services and product development. He has launched various payment solutions and previously served as CTO at Heartland Payment Systems. Bryan holds a BBA in Business Administration with a focus in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.

Nate Skinner is the Chief Marketing Officer at AffiniPay, leading the company’s marketing strategy and initiatives. With over 25 years of experience in digital marketing and brand growth, he has a proven track record of driving customer engagement and business expansion. Recognized by Business Insider as a key executive in marketing technology, Skinner is also a Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital, supporting early-stage B2B software companies.

Nathan Waite brings over 20 years of sales leadership in fintech and SaaS. He previously led growth initiatives at Applied Systems and Semcat Corporation, driving customer acquisition and business expansion. As AffiniPay’s CRO, he focuses on revenue growth, customer relationships, and market expansion.
